TECHNIQUE #3 - HANDLING CUSTOMER OBJECTIONS... AUTOMATICALLY!

handling customer objections automaticallyI've worked in face-to-face direct sales, and one of the advantages in those scenarios is that you can adapt your sales presentation, depending on the response or objections of your potential customers.

What frustrated me for quite a while is that you couldn't do that very easily on the Internet! At least, until now...

I decided to solve that problem by adding a feature to my Feedback Seeker program that, for a while, was my secret profit-boosting tool (and that was just while I've been testing it!) As you can imagine, I couldn't keep these things under wraps for too long, before people started asking me how I was doing it.

To my Feedback Seeker, I added an Intelligent Response feature - a feature that can automatically respond to your visitor's questions or objections.

What this means is: When I ask someone, "What prevented you from buying today?", I can program the Feedback Seeker to respond differently, depending on what they say. In other words, I can finally do something which real sales people do all the time - handle objections!

For example, as a response to the question, "What is holding you back from purchasing today?" a customer might respond that they can't afford your product at the moment.

You could then use the Intelligent Response feature of the Feedback Seeker program to offer them alternatives, such as a downsell (i.e. offering them a lower-priced alternative) or a method of paying over installments.

I have customers who have brought products or signed up to something, precisely because the Feedback Seeker overcame their objection. (And I know this because I ask them.)
